Party Planning .. BE CREATIVE!

I Love when people are creative (and cool!) enough to not Plan the "Typical Theme Parties" .. Don't get me wrong .. It's not that I hate them .. But I'd much rather like to be remembered for my CREATIVE AND UNIQUE party and event Planning .. I'd prefer to be Memorable that way! So in that train of thought I though I would show you some of my Favorite Party Ideas and the right occasions to Plan these Theme Parties!

These are some of my Favorite Party Theme IDEAS from:
Catch my Party and other amazing websites ..

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this "Mustache and Bow Tie Theme Party" And if you change the color palette you can even add Bows (Hair Bows for Girls) and Have an adorable Twin Birthday Party Theme (Bows for the girly Birthday girl and Mustaches for the very manly Birthday Boy)

What about "Carnival Theme Parties" Like this one' .. in the Traditional Red, Yellow, Blue and Stripes PATTERNS!

And Maybe to change it up look at this Adorable Carnival Party or as it's Officially Titled "Vintage Circus Birthday Party" Planned by the amazing Natalie Lesnefsky from "The Busy Budgeting Mama Blog" for her Two Adorable Daughters Sophie(4) and Sienna(2). Looks super Sweet in a pastels color scheme .. Don't you Agree?

Another adorable Theme involves an adorable little Bug! "Lady Bug Theme Parties" are Lovely and you can Play with the Colors .. Perhaps the Classic Red and Back Lady Bug with White touches or a Pink more Light color palette! (1st year to 6th year Birthday Party and even for Baby Showers Like My Friend Patricia's Baby Shower) Note: She was giving Birth while the Shower occurred!

1st year all the way to 10th (unless you Play with the Color Scheme you can maybe use this theme all the way to a Sweet 16th Birthday Bash) year Birthday Party "Peacock Theme"

And last but not Least I couldn't resist ..
I had to post a Christmas Party Idea for kids!

And Of course every Party should Have a Photo-booth in Fact I'll add this in my MUST-HAVE list for Party Planning!

Photoshoot Ideas

I personally love pictures...taking pictures, seeing pictures, editing them. I think photos make great memories and they're fun too. Some things I've done with my pictures are collages, canvas photos, enlargements, and my favorite: photobooks!

I did an engagement photoshoot with Eduardo and it was a lot of fun, kind of nervewrecking in the beginning but as soon as we got the hang of it we enjoyed it. After the engagement shoot we took our wedding photos during the cocktail hour and I love how those pictures came out! We also did another photoshoot a few months after the wedding.

Photoshoots are always fun if you have ideas in mind prior to the shoot, specific poses, locations, and props!

These are some of my photos from various shoots:

Cupcakes made by my mom with our initials and my engagement ring!
Railroad Crossing sign.

Merry Go Round.
'I do' signs made by my mom!
 Golf Cart.
Poses!
 Masks and Hats.
Art piece.
Bridge.
There are so many things to do to prepare for a photoshoot. You can take flowers, balloons, hats, big jewelry; take pictures at a beach, a park, by a lake...I just love pictures!

Someday when God Blesses us with Baby Gonzalez ♥ "Still waiting Edition"

In the Future (Near or Far) once I'm pregnant and Have a Baby ..
I'll either do these For him/her or I'll share the experience with Little Baby Gonzalez and Daddy Javi!

(Most of these I've Pinned in Life's a Sweet Serendipity's Pinterest Account)

1. I'd Like to be Very Creative with the way I announce my Pregnancy to Javi: Here's this link to Baby Zone and their "25 Most Creative ways to Announce Pregnancy” I'm in Love with Idea #6 It's all your fault. The thought Of the Look on Javi's Face as he reads the Card or Letter would be Priceless to Document (I’m a Camera Junkie)

2. I'm Pretty sure I'll do this --> "Tracking pregnancy Bump and Baby's Growth with a Chalkboard" Like Mommy McKinli from "Mommy's Little Sunshine" (Her blog is Adorable By the way!)

3. This is something IDK if I'll have time to do since it looks a little bit Complicated. In addition I don't know where I'd get this hard cover Book printed here in Venezuela .. But I totally Fell in Love with the Idea of Having a "BABY BOOK" for Baby Gonzalez to Look at and read once he/she is old enough! Here's where I got the Idea from "Mama Mia's Maternity Book" Johanna McShan is an awesome Photographer .. She does pregnancy, newborn, baby, children, Family and all Types of Maternity Shoots!

4. To celebrate Baby Gonzalez I'd Love to Have a Baby Shower Bash, a Baby Gender Reveal Party and a Beer and Diaper Party for Javi! (My mom says it's way too MUCH but I'll help you .. She'd LOVE this I'm sure)

I Adore This Gender Reveal Party From "Hostess with the Mostess" & ..
This Invite Idea for a Beer and Diaper Party brought to you by Emma Neely from "Chictacular"
+ @Naptime Procutions gives Fun Ideas for a Daddy Shower

5. Nursery Design .. I've seen so many adorable Nursery Ideas that I can't choose right Now! I just Hope his/her Bedroom is Filled with Small but Rich Family Details. NOTE: I will Absolutely do the Name on the wall!

I have so many Ideas for Baby Gonzalez that I might make this a Regular post Subject for our Blog!

Hope you Enjoy this Post ..
I sure Loved Searching for these cute and Fun IDEAS!

Thanksgiving Recipes

Thanksgiving is only a few days away! This year has flown by and the end of the year is practically here. My husband and I won't be in Miami during Thanksgiving...we're going to Jamaica :)
I found this really good website that has a bunch of recipes and great ideas.

I wish I knew how to cook well, maybe next year I can try some of these recipes out!

I've been in the United States for almost 13 years and we've only celebrated Thanksgiving the right way once. Every other year instead of turkey we ate chicken lol.

21 Days Left!

Only 21 days left until my husband and I leave to Jamaica!!! We were supposed to go last year for our honeymoon but due to a problem with my passport we couldn't go (we ended up going to NYC). Now, we're going for our 1 year wedding anniversary!

We're staying at the Sandals Resort!
Can't wait to relax by the beach and participate in a bunch of fun activities at the resort :)
