I Am SO Excited For March To Get Here!

March 2013 will be tons of fun for me! I am very happy to have a lot of exciting things to look forward to in very short months.

 

 

 

 

 

March 1st - 3rd:

 

 Universal Studios for Mardi Gras (Demi Lovato concert)! Island of Adventure,  and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter (which I haven't been to yet).

 





 

March 22nd:

 

Gabriel Iglesias Stand-Up Revolution!

It's definitely going to be hilarious and I can't wait to go.

 

 

 

March 29th:

 

MAROON 5 CONCERT!!!! So excited!

Not only is Maroon 5 performing but Neon Trees and Owl City are the opening acts.

 

 

 

First Family Shoot "The Bump"

.. ok ok! Mini Bump! You can't really Expect much, I'm only 9 weeks Pregnant! 

But I must say a lot of Family and Friends and even the Doctor said the Bump might be big! 

I promised a Photoshoot and .. Here it is!

This is not how I'm Officially starting "The weekly Baby Bump Picture".. I want to get some things done and waiting for some other things to Begin!
I'm starting that from week #12, but didn't want to let the opportunity pass!

I had the BEST time ever! It was a very Joyful and Fun experience! Everybody enjoyed themselves! I was more than Happy! THRILLED!

This Happened on Saturday, January 19th 2013 .. The shoot began at about 4pm ..

And we got a Little Carried away and went right in the night!

Each day I get more excited and I've been trying to ENJOY and really take in everything that's happening to us! We are all SMILES & GIGGLES!

Oh Baby Gonzalez! Me & your daddy trully LOVE each other and already Love YOUU!

We are anxiously waiting for your arrival .. And getting the House and everything ready!

Grandparents Rivas (My Parents) Are going Shopping to the U.S for all of your stuff on May! (They got the Tickets already, they're also SUPER excited!)

I LOVE YOU BABY G! And I will Document every Step of the way, so once you grow up you can see HOW BIG .. I MEAN HUGE our Love for you is! Right from the BEGGINING!

We are Expecting!

So by now you should be aware that WE ARE EXPECTING!

And are Filled with Joy to be able to say that we are mommy and daddy TO BE!

So I don't really Have a lot of Information Right now to Fill you in with ..

Home Test done: January 2nd, 2013

Blood Test done: Janyary 7th, 2013

Note: This is the day when we Finally got to spread the wonderful news!

1st Ultrasound: January 8th, 2013

1st Doctors Appointment: January 8th, 2013

Currently on: Natele (Vitamins) & Folic Acid

We are currently 8 weeks into our BUMP!

And yes it's Visible (as you can see in the 1st Picture) we are growing!

Can't believe I didn't see the signs!

What I plan on starting real soon and not so soon:

- Baby & Mommy's Book of Ideas (I'll explain this in the next post ..)

- Weekly Picture of the Bump (So Excited to start this!)

- Remodeling the House a bit and moving things around to accomodate our baby!

- Planning the Baby Gender Reveal Party

- Planning My Baby Shower

- And .. Planning Daddy's Beer & Diaper Bash (Yeah I Love Planning a good Gathering!)

- Will try to set a date for Our "Beggining of the Pregnancy" photoshoot! (Hint: It might take place at the same venue we got married!)

What to EXPECT when you're expecting?

"So about an hour ago I watched what has most probably been the most amazing movie I've seen this year (Sorry to my MOVIE-HOLIC husband Javi because according to him the BEST movie this year is Batman Rises!) I don't really know how old this movie is or when exactly it was released but it's Funny and REAL! It touches sensitive spots in a womens heart!" 

This is a movie based on the Best Selling Book "What to expect when you're expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. According to www.imdb.com it's "A look at love through the eyes of five interconnected couples experiencing the thrills and surprises of having a baby, and ultimately coming to understand the universal truth that no matter what you plan for, life doesn't always deliver what's expected."

I laughed so much .. AND cried so much! But ultimately this movie brought me a bunch of JOY and just took my BABY WANTING-METER to an even higher level! Because whether I have an awesome, sucky or any other type of situation at all with my pregnancy (in a very hopefully SOON future) I will embrace it ALL! And knowing Javi he will to! This film also opened my eyes to the amazing experience that could be adopting a baby. I think that even if you can or can't have children it should always be an option! On the same note I also found a website which I believe is an inspiration on the book as well! www.whattoexpect.com which according to my google search it a site that helps you Track your pregnancy week-by-week and find answers to questions on toddler development, baby development .. and much more!!

Ok! So as you can tell I wrote this entry over 4 months ago! And right before posting it I decided I would save it to spread the Good News! YES YES YES ..

WE ARE EXPECTING!

What I Want in 2013...

I can't help myself. I save a lot and I am money conscious but I do manage to somehow end up at the mall almost every weekend. So here are a few things that I hope to purchase this year:

Canon Ti3. I have always wanted a professional camera and I think that this year I will finally purchase one! I really enjoy taking photos, specially during my trips.

 

Sony Vaio E14 Series (Pink). I was about to buy it last month when it seemed that my laptop was dying. It survived and I had to cancel my order. But I might just get it soon enough!

 

Besides material items, I really want to see snow this year. It's been years since the last time I've been in NYC when it was snowing and Eduardo has never seen it. So, I am hoping to go to NYC in December and let's pray it snows just like it did in 2012.

 

Something else that is a top priority in my list for this year is to continue practicing French. I actually studied French in middle school and high school but haven't practiced in a very long time.

And lastly...I hope to continue traveling. Possibly Washington D.C., Boston, Louisiana, or outside of the U.S.
